Arriving at the hotel by car

If you are arriving by motorway (A67 or A5) from the north or south, please follow these directions:

1. Take the exit for Darmstadt Stadtmitte and continue to the junction of Rheinstraße and Deutsche-Telekom-Allee.
2. Turn right onto Deutsche-Telekom-Allee.
3. Continue along the road and turn left onto Hilpertstraße.
4. After the bridge, turn immediately left onto Haardtring and follow the diversion signs. Keep left to cross the Stirnwegbrücke. Once over the bridge, keep right to join Am Kavallieriesand.
5. The hotel will be on your right-hand side. Parking is signposted.

Arriving at the hotel from Frankfurt Airport

• Take the Bus 'AirLiner' to Darmstadt Central Station
• Then proceed with the travel information from the Darmstadt central station underneath
• More information can be found on the official flyer of the AirLiner with the button underneath
• Individual transportation via a taxi are possible. Keep in mind that they might be expensive.

Arriving at the hotel from Darmstadt Central Station

Darmstadt Central Station is near the hotel. If possible, we recommend taking a short walk directly to the hotel.

1. Leave Darmstadt Central Station on the left exit.
2. Keep left and continue across the big intersection.
3. The PLAZA Premium Darmstadt hotel is on your left side right behind the intersection

Transport from the hotel to PtU

On Monday evening, the conference social event will take place at the PtU (Institute for Production Engineering and Forming Machines) at TU Darmstadt. The workshops on Thursday will also be held at the Institute.

For both days, the Institute will provide a shuttle bus service. Buses will pick up participants from the main entrance of the hotel and will return there again in the evening. Exact departure and return times will be communicated in due course.
