Ticket prices are listed in the table below. Early-bird rates are available until 30th June 2026.

Included: the full programme as outlined on the programme page, including the welcome cocktail on Sunday, the gala dinner, full catering during the conference days, as well as transport from the PLAZA Premium Darmstadt Hotel to all venues and back each evening.

Not included: accommodation and travel to the hotel.

1. Please fill out the registration form using the button below and submit your details.
2. Once the form has been completed and submitted successfully, you will automatically receive a confirmation email within three hours. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact us if you experience any problems.
3. Please note that this confirmation email only confirms that your registration was submitted successfully. It is not a valid ticket. Your place at the ICFG Plenary Meeting will only be secured once your payment has been made and received by us.
   Payment can only be made by bank transfer. The relevant details are provided in the invoice. 
4. We will review your registration as soon as possible and then send you an individual invoice with payment information. Please note that this may take a few weeks.
5. Once you have received the invoice, please pay the ticket fee and send us confirmation of payment by email.
6. As soon as we have received your payment, you will receive confirmation of your ticket.
7. Your place is now secured, and we look forward to welcoming you to the ICFG Plenary Meeting in Darmstadt.
