The PLAZA Premium Darmstadt is a contemporary city hotel right by Darmstadt Central Station, offering a convenient base with excellent transport links. Guests can expect modern, spacious rooms and easy access to the city centre’s main sights.

• Starting in February, please book your room by writing to the hotel directly via this email address:
• Please use the booking code ICFG 2026 to access the negotiated preferential rates and conditions.
• Please book your room promptly after completing your ticket purchase/payment, as availability is first-come, first-served.
• If you prefer not to use the room block, additional hotels are available nearby; however, they may not offer the same rates and conditions.
• Hotel booking closes 9th August 2026!

Important note on shuttle transport

Please note that shuttle buses to the event venues will operate from PLAZA Premium Darmstadt. If you choose a different hotel, you may need to arrange your own transport to and from the venues.

Room block deadlines

• Until 26 July 2026: 100% of the allocated rooms can be booked (subject to availability).
• 27 July – 9 August 2026: only 50% of the allocation remains available.
• From 10 August 2026: the room block expires and rooms can no longer be held for conference participants. The hotel may still have rooms available outside the conference room block; however, these are subject to the hotel’s general availability and may be offered at different rates and conditions.

• A bed tax of 2% will be charged in addition to the stated room rates and may be payable on site.
• Hotel costs are the responsibility of each participant. The conference organisers have only arranged the room allocation;
  the accommodation contract is concluded directly between the participant and the hotel.
• A valid credit card is required to guarantee the booking and must be presented/ registered at reception. Otherwise, pre-payment needs to be made. For further information, please contact the hotel directly.
• Prepayment is possible—please contact the hotel directly to arrange this.
• No-show will be charged at 100% by the hotel.
• Bookings made within the conference room block are binding; however, they may be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days prior to arrival. For bookings made outside these conditions, cancellation terms should be requested directly from the hotel. Please contact the hotel directly for any individual cancellations.

Rates of room block (per room / per night)

• 20–21 September 2026: €105
• 21–23 September 2026: €125 (minimum stay 2 nights applies for this period)

A total of 100 double rooms for single occupancy are reserved for conference participants. Double occupancy may be possible for a supplement—please contact the hotel directly to enquire.

• All rooms are non-smoking.
• Rates include breakfast (buffet) and VAT.
• In-room amenities include coffee and tea facilities, Wi-Fi, TV, and an à la carte minibar.
• Check-in: from 15:00 | Check-out: by 12:00
• Early arrival may be subject to an early check-in fee (see the hotel website for details).
• Longer stays may be possible on request—please check with the hotel.
